Project Overview

In May 2024, Mayan Studios produced “Niwanu Mana”, a Buddhist devotional music video featuring Ishak Baig and Tharindi Amalika. Filmed at the serene Vidya Shanthi Maha Pirivena, the project was designed to capture the spiritual essence of the song while delivering a cinematic visual experience.

This project was particularly meaningful as Ishak Baig, the lead male artist, is the son of the legendary Sri Lankan Buddhist singer Mohideen Baig, one of the most influential voices in Sri Lankan devotional music.
