Project Overview
In March 2024, Under Mayan Studios I produced “Sande Banda”, a music video for Sri Lankan artist Prasad K Ranasinghe. Shot entirely at a villa in Colombo, Sri Lanka, the story portrays a young man haunted by late-night memories of his ex-lover.
The narrative unfolds in a cinematic and emotional style, blending intimate storytelling with atmospheric visuals to highlight themes of love, loss, and longing.

I oversaw both production and post-production, ensuring that the tone of the story was carried seamlessly from the lens to the final grade.
Style & Approach
The video combines cinematic storytelling and emotional depth, with careful use of lighting and framing to capture the mood of late-night reminiscence. The intimate villa location gave the project a close, personal feel, enhancing the emotional intensity of the narrative.
